We are committed to providing you with quality service and a clear refund policy.

1. Monthly Memberships

• Monthly membership fees are non-refundable, including partial months.

• Early cancellation before the end of the 12-month commitment may result in a fee equal to 50% of the remaining monthly payments.

• Refunds may be considered in the case of verified medical conditions or relocation beyond 50km from the studio.

2. Prepaid Class Packages

• Prepaid packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.

• Unused classes will expire 12 months after purchase.

• Missed classes due to late cancellation (less than 24 hours notice) or no-show will not be refunded.

3. Special Promotions

• Refunds for discounted packages or promotional offers are not permitted.
